Era uma vez uma ideia, que murmurava, quase silenciosa. Foi então que começaram a chegar crianças e mais crianças. Num dia de vento a ideia girou, qual cata-vento e transformou-se em muitas ideias coloridas e a promessa de um dia voar. Às vezes, tudo o que é preciso é que o vento vire e nos leve com ele.
